Alin has been part of the Hilton Park team since 2019, with many years of maintenance experience prior to this. Alin is a very hard working member of the team, with a good range of knowledge and is a great asset to our home. Jester joined the company in July 2011 and worked his way up the ladder to the Head of Housekeeping by January 2016. Jester manages the housekeeping and laundry team here and, although he's only young, he is extremely ambitious and has managed to build up a strong team who have tremendous pride in their work. Connie has been part of the Hilton Park team for many years, having worked as an Admin Assistant, Connie has many years of experience and knowledge to bring to her new role as the homes Administrator.

The care centre boasts beautiful surroundings and a wonderful garden. People at the home are encouraged to help in the garden and enjoy the rural setting. People have often commented on the warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere that is evident in the home and we hope that you will agree.
The staff are very friendly and helpful with any question I had, especially when helping me finding the main entrance. They were very co-operative, their positivity and smiles made me feel welcome into the care home. My great grandma looks very happy and I have had an amazing day seeing her smiling and knowing she feels like home. Thanks to all the staff, I am happy to say that this care home has a lot to offer. They are provided by many local Age UKs as well as other organisations. People received care and support from staff who were kind, caring and respectful to the people they were caring for. People and their relatives had opportunities to comment on the service provided and people were involved in every day decisions about their care.

There were 87 people living at the home at the time of this visit. In addition, there is a 12-bed mental health unit run by experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses. The gardens are beautiful and all the residents seemed to have a great time. The children loved being able to have a go at some of the circus acts. I have been to the care home to visit my great grandma and I am very pleased with the way the staff has approached me.
Medicines were managed well so that people received their medicines safely and as prescribed. Staff were supported by the registered manager, who had identified areas for improvement and developed a plan to address these. The provider’s monitoring process looked at systems throughout the service, identified issues and staff took the appropriate action to resolve these. People’s, relatives and staff views were sought, with positive results. Hilton Park Care Centre is a care home for up to 93 people, some of whom may be living with dementia.

Our mother has been living at Hilton Park for five years, and we have been very happy with the care she has received there, from the nursing and support staff.
